Very happy so far. Shipping and packaging : BD. Getting started : TB, simple, clear, no worries. Update Windows 10 : simple, fast enough, clear instructions. However, I am not an expert... but I did not encounter any difficulty. Installation of OFFICE 365 : same comments as for Windows 10. In conclusion, very happy with the unit and its performance so far, taking into account that I mainly use the OFFICE tools and the INTERNET. Screen nice for watching sports (football) and watching series. I also have quite easily been able to sync OUTLOOK with my desktop PC, and family.
